Frances Wildin is an Australian artist who first emerged as a print-maker.
Fascinated with Japanese print making methods she began experimenting with linocut, woodblocks and other printmaking methods and began exhibiting at a number of exhibitions, most recently at The Mandurah Performing Arts Centre and also with The Perth Printmakers at the Moores’ Building, Fremantle.
She has sold a number of her prints over the years, but has now turned her attention to painting both in oils and acrylics which has given a new freedom and dimension to her work with the use of impressionistic colour.
Frances studied Art and Design in Fremantle and Perth.
