Carol Hazel has always had a preoccupation with water, a passion for the wilderness and its natural beauty. This echoed the longing to live and be besides the water.

Hazel likes to explore various styles of contemporary art from impressionistic abstract and realism.

Since moving to Mandurah inspiration is never far from home and joining The Mandurah Plein Air Artists gave Carol the opportunity to fulfil another passion of travelling the world and painting her experience.
