Martin was born in Northampton, England and emigrated to Australia in 1983. He is married to Alegria and has 2 sons and 3 grandchildren.
His professional life was in the field of Information Technology and latterly in Public Transport. As a leisure activity he has always been passionate about Art.
Since retiring a few years ago Martin has been honing his artistic skills with charcoal sketching, watercolour painting and oil painting.
Martin also belongs to the Portraits Group Mandurah and has had portraits exhibited at the Contemporary Art Space Mandurah.
